NICE and SVL partner to expand CXOne usage in UK and Ireland

We are pleased to announce that SVL has signed an agreement that makes us a CXOne reseller partner in the UK and Ireland.

NICE CXone is global leading software that recently merited ‘leader’ status in the 2021 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) report.

CXone is a cloud-based contact centre platform that manages customer interactions across numerous communication channels. It includes features such as omni-channel routing, workforce optimisation, automatic call distribution (ACD), and interactive voice response (IVR) system.

SVL and NICE have been UK partners for twenty years, NICE’s longest standing partnership in the country.
