I manage the Support Team here at SVL and my role is to ensure the smooth everyday running of our ServiceDesk and support function, ensuring that all service level agreements are met. Our objectives are to deliver outstanding levels of support to our customers and to continuously improve our service offering. I am always motivated to do the best I can and some of my key skills include service delivery, change management, problem solving, process improvement, planning and organising, all with real attention to detail.
For fun, I love family days out and socialising with friends.
Although I can play the Cello, I would still much rather have a can of Stella Artois than a glass of Moet & Chandon
