I have worked at SVL for the past 4 years as a ServiceDesk administrator and am the first point of contact for customers who wish to raise service requests, faults, change notifications and all other relevant communications. I am ITIL certified and follow incident management and request fulfilment processes to ensure queries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner. In addition, I carry out various tasks for administrative/reporting requirements and work closely with my internal colleagues to identify improvements to ultimately benefit customer experience.
I love to socialise with friends & family, visit new countries, meet new people and have a good laugh.
People say I’m a terrible singer, but personally I think they have got it wrong!!! My favourite era so far has been the 80’s/ 90’s, I just loved the music, shoulder pads and big hair. Also, I once appeared on TV.
