I am one of the Service Desk Administrators at SVL and have worked here for the past 4 years. My role is to monitor the Service Desk and ensure all incidents/service requests/changes/problems are raised and assigned to our engineers whilst complying with the ITIL process. My duties also include ensuring our SLA targets are met and reporting on customer SLA’s. Further to this I work closely with my internal colleagues to help with continuous improvements on our customer support.

Gardening is a passion (obsession) of mine. I love growing flowers and vegetables and every year I try and add to my collection. My family say I talk to my plants more than I talk to them!!!

I also enjoy running and trying to keep fit…which is proving harder as the years go on.<

As I speak 3 languages I could (if required) answer the SVL Service Desk phone in English/Italian or French!! I also would love a date with Monty Don.
