Silvia manages our technical team, looks after key accounts, and fosters strong client relationships with our managed service clients to ensure they receive outstanding service and support.
Tell us a bit about your role
As a technical account manager, I look after key accounts that have a managed service with us and ensure they receive a high level of support.
I work closely with our clients to understand their daily needs and collaborate with the rest of the support team here in SVL to deliver high-quality products and services.
What do you enjoy most about working at SVL?
The SVL team is very professional and committed to customer satisfaction whilst retaining a close family feel.
Everyone is so friendly and caring. I feel valued and supported by my colleagues and managers, and I always look forward to coming to work.
Outside of work, what are your passions or hobbies?
Outside of work, I have two passions: gardening and cooking. I love growing my own vegetables and herbs and experimenting with different recipes in the kitchen. I find both activities very relaxing and rewarding, and they also help me stay healthy and sane.
