For over 20 years, NECCA has recognised and celebrated the incredible work happening in contact centres across the North East – a region known for its thriving customer service community.
The awards night takes place on Friday October 31st at The Fed, Gateshead, and promises to be a fantastic evening celebrating the people and organisations making a real difference.
A highlight of the year
The NECCAs are a staple in the contact centre calendar. They bring together colleagues, peers and partners from across the region to recognise outstanding performance and celebrate the teamwork, innovation and dedication that define our industry.
With many of our clients based in the North East, it’s a privilege for SVL to support an event that puts this community in the spotlight.
