Solutions Consultant

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to rapid business growth for a candidate to join the SVL Business Transformation Team as a Solutions Consultant.

The SVL Solutions Consultant is primarily responsible for supporting the sales team in meeting revenue targets by taking a consultative approach to opportunities that link our agnostic solutions with the prospect’s business drivers.

Solution Consultants are subject matter experts in the solutions provided by SVL. They assist the sales team in creating the appropriate set of customer solutions through discovery and requirements gathering, validation and demonstration.

Additionally, the Solutions Consultant will, depending on the customer’s solution requirements, be required to deliver presentations in addition to live solution demonstrations. As an industry expert with access to the industry top rated solutions across WFO, CCaaS and UCaaS you will illustrate your understanding of the customers’ requirements, the reasoning on the solutions recommended and the value this will deliver for the customer.

The Solutions Consultant will provide business and functional strategic positioning within the sales process with a coordinated focus on solutions development across SVL’s portfolio.

The Solutions Consultant must be able to articulate SVL solutions’ value and position SVL’s range of products to both business and technical users.

As the Solutions Consultant is responsible for the positioning and reputation of SVL’s multiple solutions and how they are perceived, their technical expertise should include call centre operations, telephony, and cloud computing. Where a team member has subject matter expertise in a single solution area, the Head of Business Transformation will provide support, training, and a development pathway to enhance cross platform and function knowledge to ensure that you are able to provide our customer the optimal solutions.

The Solutions Consultant must be a self-motivated storyteller, ideally with an end user and/or reseller knowledge of technology. They must demonstrate a positive “can do” approach combined with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

This role is a fit for someone with a strong technical background who has experience with solution selling. The candidate should enjoy a mix of work and be ready to flex their strong technical aptitude.
