We’re thrilled to have recently secured a multimillion pound five-year contract with NBS Group, including Newcastle Strategic Solutions and Newcastle Building Society.

Together we’re implementing NICE CXone and TCaaS (Teams Calls as a Service) solutions to support the building society’s digital transformation and streamlining of operations.

Our new contract builds on our ongoing work with NBS Group, as we’ve provided Workforce Management solutions across the business since 2023.
