Charity music night to raise funds for local hospice

Our Director Peter Gough is putting on his dancing shoes for a really great cause, The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, by performing in the (A Little Less) Strictly Come Dancing event on 6th March in front of 600 guests of the Hospice.

To help raise funds for this great cause, Studio 32 Theatre Company are putting on “A Night at the Musicals.”

Studio 32 have a rich pedigree of putting on shows and plays in East Kilbride for nearly 35 years. Peter, himself played Franklin Hart in their performance “9 to 5” in the Village Theatre last year. Studio 32 also have a ‘Concert Party’ that performs at charity functions across the West of Scotland.

This talented group, (which also includes SVL’s Debbie Bicker and Paul Gray) are helping raise money for the hospice by performing songs from well loved musicals such as Les Miserables, Mary Poppins, Mamma Mia and Oklahoma. There is also a wonderful sketch from the Scottish musical ‘The Steamie’

Peter’s talented daughter Eilidh Gough will also be performing a couple of songs during the evening.

So please, if you’d enjoy a great night out, please come along on Friday March 6th at 7.30pm to Claremont Parish Church, East Kilbride.. Tickets are £7 (incl Buffet). If you’d like to come along, please drop us an email at pgray@svl.co.uk or contact any member of Studio 32 or get in touch with the church directly.
