Using Microsoft Teams for external calls? Surely not?

This will probably sound too good to be true, but trust me, this is real. I have seen some dramatic changes in my 25 years in the communications industry, but this up there with the biggest.

Hybrid work has become a part of our reality since the start of the pandemic. We’ve had to rethink everything from where and when, to how we work. As we approach 2022, some of us are excited to be back in our offices with colleagues and meeting customers in person, while some of us may like the flexibility and want, or even need, a hybrid workspace.
