Tell us a bit about your role

I’m a Delivery Lead specialising in CX and contact‑centre transformation, and I am driven by turning customer requirements into deployable strategies that actually work for customers and the teams who support them. My role is all about keeping projects moving, connecting the right people, and making sure improvements land smoothly in fast‑paced operational environments.

What do you enjoy most about working at SVL?

What I enjoy most about working at SVL is the freedom to focus on what really matters – our customers and the results we deliver for them. We cut out the unnecessary noise, trust each other to get things done, and work in a way that feels genuine, collaborative, and impactful.

Outside of work, what are your hobbies?

I enjoy combining hiking and travelling to places with dramatic scenery. When I am at home, I spend my spare time between the gym and local restaurants. Audio books and podcasts fill the gaps.
