Tell us a bit about your role

I work with key partners and stakeholders to educate and deliver customer solutions to challenging business issues within contact centres, and support teams to meet organisational compliance requirements with technology.

I enjoy working with our customers and suppliers to deliver award winning technology solutions for the finance, insurance and banking sectors.

Outside of work, what are your passions and hobbies?

Over the years I’ve had many interests, mostly football, ice hockey and golf, and most recently I’ve taken up shooting as a hobby and am currently working towards competitions.

If you could offer one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?

Remember your overdraft is a limit not a target! If you’re not living on the edge then you’re taking up too much room!
