Tell us a bit about your role

My primary role at SVL is to help organisations optimise the performance of their contact centres using technology.

By utilising Gartner magic quadrant CCaas solutions along with a range of Workforce Engagement Management solutions, I help transform and improve businesses’ Customer and Agent Experiences.

What do you enjoy most about working at SVL?

SVL is a great place to work thanks to the amazing team I work with every day! I no longer suffer from the “Sunday Scaries” before returning to work on a Monday morning.

Working in the technology industry is exciting as the fast-paced nature of ever-changing and improving solutions opens up opportunities to learn new skills, techniques, methodologies and emerging technology.

I love being able to make a difference in organisations of all shapes and sizes by building and maintaining relationships and helping our customers succeed!

Outside of work, what are your passions or hobbies?

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and fit, which includes lots of physical punishment (sorry, I mean fun exercise activities!) including weekly boot camps, run clubs and hiking. I’ve recently registered for my first HYROX competition in early 2024, EEK!

When I’m not putting myself through physical and mental exhaustion activities I have a massive passion for food and wine… it’s all about balance!

I also love relaxing and spending time with friends, family and my little miniature dachshund Mia.
