I ensure the smooth everyday running of the SVL Service Desk, making sure that SLAs are met and that quality targets are reached and maintained.

I enjoy keeping up to date with cloud technologies, I recently studied for my AWS Cloud Essentials accreditation and passed the exam!
What do you enjoy most about working at SVL?
The service team in SVL is experienced and dynamic and everyone works together to achieve the same business goals of delivering outstanding levels of support to our customers.
As a busy full-time working mother the hybrid working model and the employee benefits the business provides make SVL a great place to work, and the Xmas parties are pretty wild too!
