Tell us a bit about your role

I have spent the last 20 years working within the Contact Centre Industry and approx. 15 years as a Resource Planner within the Private and Public/Emergency Sector.

I specialise in WFM (Workforce Management Systems) providing consultancy, help and support to existing customers and supporting our sales team with customer discovery sessions and product demonstrations.

What do you enjoy most about working at SVL?

There is a lot to love about SVL. There is a real family feel with a friendly and supportive environment.

One thing that motivates me about my job is being able to help our customers get the best out of their chosen products and helping prospective customers to choose the right products for their organisation.

Outside of work, what are your passions or hobbies?

Outside of work I’m a pretty simple person, I love to spend time with my family and friends, and I have a little boy who regularly keeps me on my toes.

I also enjoy watching and playing sports, in particular football. I am a big Newcastle United Fan and I love to go to St James’ Park to cheer on my team.
